2019 Horseplay Summer Program (Registration Forms here!)

Horseplay’s summer programs are designed to introduce the beginning rider to a nationally approved program of horsemanship and improve the skills of intermediate riders.

Camps begin June 24th and continue through July.

Students will experience an interactive “hands on” experience with our horses and ponies. Beginners will focus on safe horsemanship and correct riding skill. Intermediate riders will improve skills & be challenged with the practice of various riding styles. All students will improve their riding and expand their understanding of horsemanship and the responsibilities of horse ownership.

Each day’s mounted riding lesson is based on nationally recognized standards with individual and group instruction. Beginning riders are assisted individually by professional instructors and Horseplay students who ride at a competitive level.

Horseplay programs have a comprehensive approach that includes:

Safety instruction & standards          Instruction in horse care & equipment (tack use and care)

Riding lessons                                  Educational videos

Crafts & games                                 Group discussions &  demonstrations

…with LOTS of fun!
