Horseplay Equestrian Center is a full-service horse boarding and riding lesson facility in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Boarded horses enjoy box stalls and daily turnout. Our competition riding arena includes a beautiful ocean view, all-weather footing and tropical breezes at a cool elevation - just minutes from downtown Kona.

Private, semi-private and group horseback riding lessons are available for adults & children in dressage and hunter/jumper, with a focus on safety and responsible horsemanship. Horseplay has a variety of horses & ponies for students of different levels. Riders with sufficient skills in riding, safety & horse husbandry may have the opportunity to shareboard (lease) a school or privately owned horse.


Horse Shows & Training Clinics are held throughout the year.
